Hadith 10030

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ , وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، قََالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِه ، لَأَذُودَنَّ عَنْ حَوْضِي رِجَالًا ، كَمَا تُذَادُ الْغَرِيبَةُ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ " .
It is narrated from the same chain of transmission that I heard Abul Qasim (peace be upon him) say: By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad (peace be upon him), I will surely drive away some people from my cistern just as a strange camel is driven away from the camels.
