Hadith 49
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يَحْلِبَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ إِلا بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِ، أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْتَى خِزَانَتُهُ، فَتُكْسَرَ، فَيُنْتَثَلَ مَا فِيهَا، إِنَّمَا ضُرُوعُ مَوَاشِيهِمْ خَزَائِنُهُمْ " .
Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "None of you should milk someone else's animal without the owner's permission. Does any one of you like that his treasury be broken into and everything taken from it? Indeed, the udders of animals are the treasuries of their owners."
