Hadith 41
حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي جَبِيرَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : " مَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever intentionally kills a believer has certainly disbelieved in Allah."
