حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ لا يَتَعَارَّ سَاعَةً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِلا أَجْرَى السِّوَاكَ عَلَى فِيهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that whenever the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would wake up at night, he would use the miswak.
