Hadith 288
أنا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ رَفَقَ بِأُمَّتِي رَفَقَ اللَّهُ بِهِ، وَمَنْ شَقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي شَقَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she reports from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "Whoever is gentle with my Ummah, Allah will be gentle with him, and whoever is harsh upon my Ummah, Allah will be harsh upon him."
