Hadith 248
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that indeed a man came to him and asked him about something. He narrated a hadith to him. The man said: Narrate to me from the Book of Allah and do not narrate from anything else. So he said: Indeed, you are a foolish man. Do you find in the Qur'an that the Zuhr prayer is four rak'ahs, and that it is not to be recited aloud, and the number of prayers and the amount of zakat, etc.? Then he said: Do you find this in detail in the Book of Allah? Indeed, the Book of Allah has certainly stated this in a decisive manner, and the Sunnah explains it.
