Hadith 174
أنا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَبْرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : " لا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ " .
Sayyiduna Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A Muslim cannot be the heir of a disbeliever."
