Hadith 123
عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ، قَالَ : قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَحْنُ الآخِرُونَ السَّابِقُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، أَوَّلُ زُمْرَةٍ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا لا حِسَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ، صُورَةُ كُلِّ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ كَصُورَةِ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ كَأَشَدِّ كَوْكَبٍ فِي السَّمَاءِ، ثُمَّ هُمْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مَنَازِلُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "We are the last to come, but on the Day of Resurrection we will be the foremost. The first group of my Ummah to enter Paradise will be seventy thousand, who will have no reckoning. Each of them will have a face like the full moon of the fourteenth night. Then those who follow them will be like the brightest star in the sky. After that, there will be several ranks."
