Hadith 55
عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الزُّهْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ فَإِنَّ الرَّحْمَةَ تُوَاجِهُهُ، فَلا يُحَرِّكَنَّ الْحَصَى " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When any one of you stands in prayer, indeed mercy is before him, so he should absolutely not move the pebbles."
