Hadith 44

عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ قَيْسٍ،،أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ بُسْرٍ، صَاحِبَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ أَفْضَلُ ؟ قَالَ : " لا يَزَالُ لِسَانُكَ رَطْبًا مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
The companion of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Busr (may Allah be pleased with him), narrates that a man said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Which deed is the most virtuous? He (peace be upon him) replied: “Let your tongue always remain moist with the remembrance of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.”
