Hadith 221

عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لأَهْلِهَا، أَوْ مِيرَاثٌ لأَهْلِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Umra is permissible for his heirs, or it is the inheritance of his heirs."
