عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " رَجَمَ مَاعِزًا "، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ جَلْدًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah, may Allah be pleased with him, that indeed the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stoned Ma'iz and did not mention lashes.
