عَنْ شُعْبَةَ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُنْيَةَ، ذَكَرَ فِي الَّذِي يَعَضُّ فَأَنْدَرَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ فَلا دِيَةَ لَهُ، فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ : " لا دِيَةَ لكَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that Ya'la bin Munabbih mentioned about the person who bites and his tooth breaks, there is no compensation (diyah) for him. He mentioned this matter before the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no compensation for you."
