Hadith 13

عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : " مَا تَوَادَّ اثْنَانِ فِي الإِسْلامِ، فَيُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا إِلا بِذَنْبٍ يُحْدِثُهُ أَحَدُهُمَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whenever two people love each other in Islam, and then discord is created between them, it is necessarily due to a sin committed by one of them."
