باب التَّدَاوِي بِالْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ:
Chapter: Healing Sickness With The Black Seed
Hadith 2215
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أن أبا هريرة أخبرهما ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ فِي الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ شِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ إِلَّا السَّامَ ، وَالسَّامُ الْمَوْتُ ، وَالْحَبَّةُ السَّوْدَاءُ الشُّونِيزُ " .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that he heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Nigella seed is a remedy for every disease except death.
Hadith 2215
وحدثينيه أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ ، قَالَا : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ . ح وحدثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ كُلُّهُمْ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عن النبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عُقَيْلٍ ، وَفِي حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ ، وَيُونُسَ الْحَبَّةُ السَّوْدَاءُ وَلَمْ يَقُلِ الشُّونِيزُ .
And it was narrated to me by Abu al-Tahir and Harmalah, who said: Ibn Wahb informed us, Younus informed me, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
And it was narrated to us by Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah, and Amr al-Naqid, and Zuhair ibn Harb, and Ibn Abi Umar, who said: Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us.
And it was narrated to us by Abd ibn Humaid, who said: Abd al-Razzaq informed us, Ma'mar informed us.
And it was narrated to us by Abdullah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi, who said: Abu al-Yaman informed us, Shu'ayb informed us—all of them from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with a narration similar to that of 'Uqayl. And in the narration of Sufyan and Younus: "the black seed," and he did not say "al-shuniz."
And it was narrated to us by Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah, and Amr al-Naqid, and Zuhair ibn Harb, and Ibn Abi Umar, who said: Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us.

Hadith 2215
وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَي بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَابْنُ حُجْرٍ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَا مِنْ دَاءٍ إِلَّا فِي الْحَبَّةِ السَّوْدَاءِ مِنْهُ شِفَاءٌ إِلَّا السَّامَ " .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: There is no disease for which Nigella seed does not provide remedy.
