باب يُسَلِّمُ الرَّاكِبُ عَلَى الْمَاشِي وَالْقَلِيلُ عَلَى الْكَثِيرِ:
Chapter: The One Who Is Riding Should Greet The One Who Is Walking, And The Smaller Group Should Greet The Larger Group
2 باب مِنْ حَقِّ الْجُلُوسِ عَلَى الطَّرِيقِ رَدُّ السَّلاَمِ:Chapter: One Of The Duties Of Sitting In The Street Is To Return Salam
3 باب مِنْ حَقِّ الْمُسْلِمِ لِلْمُسْلِمِ رَدُّ السَّلاَمِ:Chapter: One Of The Rights Of One Muslim Over Another Is (The Greeting Of) Salam
4 باب النَّهْيِ عَنِ ابْتِدَاءِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ بِالسَّلاَمِ وَكَيْفَ يَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ:Chapter: The Prohibition Of Initiating The Greeting With The People Of The Book, And How To Respond To Them

7 باب إِبَاحَةُ الْخُرُوجِ لِلنِّسَاءِ لِقَضَاءِ حَاجَةِ الإِنْسَانِ:Chapter: The Permissibility Of Women Going Out To Relieve Themselves
8 باب تَحْرِيمِ الْخَلْوَةِ بِالأَجْنَبِيَّةِ وَالدُّخُولِ عَلَيْهَا:Chapter: The Prohibition Of Being Alone With A Non-Mahram Woman Or Entering Upon Her
9 باب بَيَانِ أَنَّهُ يُسْتَحَبُّ لِمَنْ رُئِيَ خَالِيًا بِامْرَأَةٍ وَكَانَتْ زَوْجَةً أَوْ مَحْرَمًا لَهُ أَنْ يَقُولَ هَذِهِ فُلاَنَةُ. لِيَدْفَعَ ظَنَّ السَّوْءِ بِهِ:Chapter: It Is Recommended For The One Who Is Seen Alone With A Woman Who Is His Wife Or Mahram, To Say; "This Is So-And-So,' To Ward off Suspicion
10 باب مَنْ أَتَى مَجْلِسًا فَوَجَدَ فُرْجَةً فَجَلَسَ فِيهَا وَإِلاَّ وَرَاءَهُمْ:Chapter: If A Man Comes To A Gathering And Finds A Space. Let Him Sit There, Otherwise Let Him Sit Behind Them
11 باب تَحْرِيمِ إِقَامَةِ الإِنْسَانِ مِنْ مَوْضِعِهِ الْمُبَاحِ الَّذِي سَبَقَ إِلَيْهِ:Chapter: The Prohibition Of Making A Man Get Up From A Place That He Reached First
12 باب إِذَا قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ عَادَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ:Chapter: If A Man Gets Up From His Spot Then Comes Back To It, He Has More Right To It
13 باب مَنْعِ الْمُخَنَّثِ مِنَ الدُّخُولِ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ الأَجَانِبِ:Chapter: Forbidding A Hermaphrodite From Entering Upon Non-Mahram Women
14 باب جَوَازِ إِرْدَافِ الْمَرْأَةِ الأَجْنَبِيَّةِ إِذَا أَعْيَتْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ:Chapter: It Is Permissible To Seat A Non-Mahram Woman Behind One (On A Mount) If She Is Exhausted On The Road

33 باب لاَ عَدْوَى وَلاَ طِيَرَةَ وَلاَ هَامَةَ وَلاَ صَفَرَ وَلاَ نَوْءَ وَلاَ غُولَ وَلاَ يُورِدُ مُمْرِضٌ عَلَى مُصِحٍّ:Chapter: There Is No 'Adwa, No Tiyarah (Evil Omens), No Hamah. No Safar, No Nawa', And No Ghoul, And No Sick Camel Should Be Brought To A Healthy Camel
