كِتَاب الْفَرَائِضِ
The Book of the Rules of Inheritance

باب لَّا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ وَلَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ
Chapter: ….
2باب أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَلأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ:
Chapter: Give The Shares Of Inheritance To Those Who Are Entitled To Them, And Whatever Is Left Goes To The Closest Male Relative
3باب مِيرَاثِ الْكَلاَلَةِ:
Chapter: Inheritance Of The Kalalah
4باب آخِرِ آيَةٍ أُنْزِلَتْ آيَةُ الْكَلاَلَةِ:
Chapter: The Last Verse To Be Revealed Was The Verse Of Kalalah
5باب مَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ:
Chapter: Whoever Leaves Behind Wealth, It Is For His Heirs
