باب الْمُسَاقَاةِ وَالْمُعَامَلَةِ بِجُزْءٍ مِنَ الثَّمَرِ وَالزَّرْعِ:
Chapter: Musaqah And Mu'amalah in return for a share of the fruit and crops
2باب فَضْلِ الْغَرْسِ وَالزَّرْعِ:
Chapter: The Virtue of Planting and Cultivating
3باب وَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ:
Chapter: Waiving Payment in the case of Blight
4باب اسْتِحْبَابِ الْوَضْعِ مِنَ الدَّيْنِ:
Chapter: It is recommended to waive debts
5باب مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَا بَاعَهُ عِنْدَ الْمُشْتَرِي وَقَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَلَهُ الرُّجُوعُ فِيهِ:
Chapter: If a man finds what he sold with the purchaser, who has become bankrupt, then he has the right to take it back
6باب فَضْلِ إِنْظَارِ الْمُعْسِرِ:
Chapter: The virute of giving more time to one who is suffering difficulty, and letting those go who are suffering difficulty and those who are well off
7باب تَحْرِيمِ مَطْلِ الْغَنِيِّ وَصِحَّةِ الْحَوَالَةِ وَاسْتِحْبَابِ قَبُولِهَا إِذَا أُحِيلَ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ:
Chapter: The prohibition of a rich man delaying repayment. The validity of Hawalah (Transferal of Debts) and it is recommended to accept transferal of a debt if it is transferred to a rich man
8باب تَحْرِيمِ بَيْعِ فَضْلِ الْمَاءِ الَّذِي يَكُونُ بِالْفَلاَةِ وَيُحْتَاجُ إِلَيْهِ لِرَعْيِ الْكَلإِ وَتَحْرِيمِ مَنْعِ بَذْلِهِ وَتَحْرِيمِ بَيْعِ ضِرَابِ الْفَحْلِ:
Chapter: The prohibition of selling surplus water which is in the wilderness and is needed to take care of the pasture. The prohibition of not allowing others to use it. The prohibition of Stud fees
9باب تَحْرِيمِ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَالنَّهْيِ عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنَّوْرِ:
Chapter: The prohibition of the price of a dog, the fee of a fortuneteller and the payment of a prostitute, and the prohibition of selling cats
10باب الأَمْرِ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلاَبِ وَبَيَانِ نَسْخِهِ وَبَيَانِ تَحْرِيمِ اقْتِنَائِهَا إِلاَّ لِصَيْدٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ.
Chapter: The command to kill dogs, and its abrogation. The prohibition of keeping dogs, except for hunting, farming, (herding) livestock and the like

Chapter: The prohibition of selling wine, dead meat, pork and idols

Chapter: Riba (Usury, Interest)
15باب الصَّرْفِ وَبَيْعِ الذَّهَبِ بِالْوَرِقِ نَقْدًا:
Chapter: Exchange and Selling Gold for Silver on the spot
16باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَرِقِ بِالذَّهَبِ دَيْنًا:
Chapter: The Prohibition of selling silver for gold to be paid at a later date
17باب بَيْعِ الْقِلاَدَةِ فِيهَا خَرَزٌ وَذَهَبٌ:
Chapter: Selling a necklace in which there are pearls and gold
18باب بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ مِثْلاً بِمِثْلٍ:
Chapter: Selling Food Like for Like
19باب لَعْنِ آكِلِ الرِّبَا وَمُؤْكِلِهِ:
Chapter: Cursing the one who consumes Riba and the one who pays it
20باب أَخْذِ الْحَلاَلِ وَتَرْكِ الشُّبُهَاتِ:
Chapter: Taking that which is lawful and leaving that which is unclear
21باب بَيْعِ الْبَعِيرِ وَاسْتِثْنَاءِ رُكُوبِهِ:
Chapter: Selling Camels and Stipulating that one may ride them
22بَابُ جَوَازِ اقْتِرَاضِ الْحَيَوَانِ وَاسْتِحْبَابِ تَوْفِيَتِهِ خَيْرا مِّمَّا عَلَيْهِ
Chapter: It is permissible to lend animals and it is recommended to pay in full, giving something better than that which ts owed
23باب جَوَازِ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ مِنْ جِنْسِهِ مُتَفَاضِلاً:
Chapter: The permissibility of selling animals for animals of the same kind and of different quality
24باب الرَّهْنِ وَجَوَازِهِ فِي الْحَضَرِ وَالسَّفَرِ:
Chapter: Pawning (Rahn) and its permissibility whether one is travelling or not

31باب قَدْرِ الطَّرِيقِ إِذَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ:
Chapter: The width of the road if there is a dispute about it
