باب تَحْرِيمِ طَلاَقِ الْحَائِضِ بِغَيْرِ رِضَاهَا وَأَنَّهُ لَوْ خَالَفَ وَقَعَ الطَّلاَقُ وَيُؤْمَرُ بِرَجْعَتِهَا:

Chapter: The prohibition of divorcing a menstruating woman without her consent; If a man breaks this rule, it still counts as a divorce, and he should be ordered to take her back

باب وُجُوبِ الْكَفَّارَةِ عَلَى مَنْ حَرَّمَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يَنْوِ الطَّلاَقَ:

Chapter: Expiation must be offered by one who declares his wife to be unlawful for him but does not intend divorce thereby

باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ تَخْيِيرَ امْرَأَتِهِ لاَ يَكُونُ طَلاَقًا إِلاَّ بِالنِّيَّةِ:

Chapter: Giving one's wife the choice does not count as a divorce, unless it is intended as such

باب فِي الإِيلاَءِ وَاعْتِزَالِ النِّسَاءِ وَتَخْيِيرِهِنَّ وَقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَإِنْ تَظَاهَرَا عَلَيْهِ}:

Chapter: Ila', Keeping away from one's wives and giving them the choice, And the saying of Allah, The Most High: "But if you help one another against him

باب الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثًا لاَ نَفَقَةَ لَهَا:

Chapter: The woman who has been irrevocably divorced is not entitled to spending

باب جَوَازِ خُرُوجِ الْمُعْتَدَّةِ الْبَائِنِ وَالْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا فِي النَّهَارِ لِحَاجَتِهَا:

Chapter: It is permissible for a woman who is observing 'Iddah after an irrevocable divorce or the death of her husband to go out during the day if she needs to

باب انْقِضَاءِ عِدَّةِ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَغَيْرِهَا بِوَضْعِ الْحَمْلِ:

Chapter: The 'Iddah of a woman whose husband had died, and the like, ends when she gives birth.

باب وُجُوبِ الإِحْدَادِ فِي عِدَّةِ الْوَفَاةِ وَتَحْرِيمِهِ فِي غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ إِلاَّ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ:

Chapter: The Obligation to mourn during the 'Iddah following the death of one's husband, but it is forbidden to mourn for more than three days in other cases
