Hadith 1392
حدثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعَنْبِيُّ ، حدثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ ، وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ ، وَفِيهِ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلْنَا حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا وَادِي الْقُرَى ، فقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنِّي مُسْرِعٌ ، فَمَنْ شَاءَ مِنْكُمْ فَلْيُسْرِعْ مَعِي ، وَمَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَمْكُثْ " ، فَخَرَجْنَا حَتَّى أَشْرَفْنَا عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ ، فقَالَ : " هَذِهِ طَابَةُ وَهَذَا أُحُدٌ ، وَهُوَ جَبَلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ " .
Abu Humaid (RA) reported: We went out along with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) in the expedition of Tabuk, and Humaid further related: We proceeded until we reached the valley of Qura; and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: I am going forth, so he who among you wants to move fast with me may do so; and he who likes to go slowly may do so. We proceeded until Madinah was within our sight, and he said: This is Tibba (another name of Madinah); this is Ubud, the mountain which loves us and we love it.
Hadith 1393
حدثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ، حدثنا أَبِي ، حدثنا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، حدثنا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ أُحُدًا جَبَلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ " .
Anas bin Malik (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Uhud is a mountain which loves us and which we love. This hadith is narrated by Anas bin Malik (RA) with another chain of transmitters (and the words are): "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) cast a glance at Uhud and said: Uhud is a mountain which loves us and we love it."
Hadith 1393
وحَدَّثَنِيهِ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي حَرَمِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ ، حدثنا قُرَّةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : نَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى أُحُدٍ ، فقَالَ : " إِنَّ أُحُدًا جَبَلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ " .
This hadith is narrated by Anas b. Malik (Allah be pleased with him) with another chain of transmitters (and the words are): " Allah's Messenger (صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) cast a glance at Uhud and said: Uhud is a mountain which loves us and we love it."
