باب جَوَازِ الإِقَامَةِ بِمَكَّةَ لِلْمُهَاجِرِ مِنْهَا بَعْدَ فَرَاغِ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ بِلاَ زِيَادَةٍ:
Chapter: It is permissible for the one who emigrated from Makkah to stay there for three days after completing Hajj and 'Umrah, and no more than that

Al-'Ali' bin al-Hadrami reported Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon as saying: For a Muhajir, it is only three (days') stay at Makkah, after completing (the Hajj or 'Umrah) that is allowed, and it seemed as if he was saying that he should not (stay) beyond this (period).

Al-'Ali ' bin al-Hadrami reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The Muhajir should stay at Makkah after performing the rituals (of Hajj) but for three (days) only.
