باب نَهْيِ الْمَأْمُومِ عَنْ جَهْرِهِ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ خَلْفَ إِمَامِهِ:
Chapter: Prohibiting The Follower From Reciting Aloud Behind An Imam
Hadith 398
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ كلاهما ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ ، قَالَ سَعِيدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : " صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الظُّهْرِ ، أَوِ الْعَصْرِ ، فَقَالَ : أَيُّكُمْ قَرَأَ خَلْفِي ، ب سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى ، قَالَ رَجُلٌ : أَنَا ، وَلَمْ أُرِدْ بِهَا إِلَّا الْخَيْرَ ، قَالَ : قَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّ بَعْضَكُمْ خَالَجَنِيهَا " .
lmrin bin Husain reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led us in Zuhr or 'Asr prayer (noon or the afternoon prayer). (On concluding it) he said: Who recited behind me (the verses): Sabbih Isma Rabbik al-a'la (Glorify the name of thy Lord, the Most High)? There upon a person said: It was I, but I intended nothing but goodness. I felt that some one of you was disputing with me in it (or he was taking out from my tongue what I was reciting), said the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) .
Hadith 398
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ زُرَارَةَ بْنَ أَوْفَى يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ ، فَجَعَلَ رَجُلٌ يَقْرَأُ خَلْفَهُ ، ب سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى ، فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ ، قَالَ : " أَيُّكُمْ قَرَأَ " ، أَوْ " أَيُّكُمُ الْقَارِئُ " ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ : أَنَا ، فَقَالَ : " قَدْ ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّ بَعْضَكُمْ خَالَجَنِيهَا " .
'Imran bin Husain reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed the Zuhr prayer and a person recited Sabbih Isma Rabbik al-a'la (Glorify the name of thy Lord, the Most High) behind him. When he (the Holy Prophet) concluded the prayer he said: Who amongst you recited (the above-mentioned verse) or who amongst you was the reciter? A person said: It was I. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) observed: I thought as if someone amongst you was disputing with me (in what I was reciting).
Hadith 398
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ كِلَاهُمَا ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ ، وَقَالَ : " قَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّ بَعْضَكُمْ خَالَجَنِيهَا " .
