باب حُكْمِ ضَفَائِرِ الْمُغْتَسِلَةِ:
Chapter: Ruling on the braids of a woman who is doing ghusl
Hadith 330
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، وَإِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ إِسْحَاق ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ مَوْلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : " يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ أَشُدُّ ضَفْرَ رَأْسِي ، فَأَنْقُضُهُ لِغُسْلِ الْجَنَابَةِ ؟ قَالَ : لَا ، إِنَّمَا يَكْفِيكِ أَنْ تَحْثِي عَلَى رَأْسِكِ ثَلَاثَ حَثَيَاتٍ ، ثُمَّ تُفِيضِينَ عَلَيْكِ الْمَاءَ فَتَطْهُرِينَ " ،
Umm Salamah reported: I said: Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who has closely plaited hair on my head; should I undo it for taking a bath, because of sexual intercourse? He (the Holy Prophet) said: No, it is enough for you to throw three handfuls of water on your head and then pour water over yourself, and you shall be purified.
Hadith 330
وحَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَا : أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ، وَفِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ : فَأَنْقُضُهُ لِلْحَيْضَةِ وَالْجَنَابَةِ ، فَقَالَ : لَا ، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ،
This hadith has been narrated by Amr al-Naqid, Yazid bin Harun, 'Abd bin Humaid, Abdul Razzaq, Thauri, Ayyub bin Musa, with the same chain of transmitters. In hadith narrated by Abdul Razzaq there is a mention of the menstruation and of the sexual intercourse. The rest of the hadith has been transmitted like that of Ibn 'Uyaina.
Hadith 330
وحَدَّثَنِيهِ أَحْمَدُ الدَّارِمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ رَوْحِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ، وَقَالَ : أَفَأَحُلُّهُ ، فَأَغْسِلُهُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ : الْحَيْضَةَ .

Hadith 331
وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ جميعا ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ ، قَال يَحْيَى : أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْر ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : " بَلَغَ عَائِشَةَ ، " أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو ، يَأْمُرُ النِّسَاءَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلْنَ ، أَنْ يَنْقُضْنَ رُءُوسَهُنَّ ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا عَجَبًا لِابْنِ عَمْرٍ وَهَذَا ، يَأْمُرُ النِّسَاءَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلْنَ ، أَنْ يَنْقُضْنَ رُءُوسَهُنَّ ، أَفَلَا يَأْمُرُهُنَّ أَنْ يَحْلِقْنَ رُءُوسَهُنَّ ، لَقَدْ كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ ، وَلَا أَزِيدُ عَلَى أَنْ أُفْرِغَ عَلَى رَأْسِي ثَلَاثَ إِفْرَاغَاتٍ " .
'Ubaid bin Umair reported: It was conveyed to 'A'isha that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr ordered the women to undo the (plaits) of hair on their heads. She said: How strange it is for Ibn 'Amr that he orders the women to undo the plaits of their head while taking a bath; why does he not order them to shave their heads? I and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took bath from one vessel. I did no more than this that I poured three handfuls of water over my head.
