Hadith 1608

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ نَخْلٍ ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ ، فَإِنْ رَضِيَ أَخَذَ وَإِنْ كَرِهَ تَرَكَ " .
Ahmad ibn Yunus narrated to us, Zuhayr narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us, from Jabir. And Yahya ibn Yahya narrated to us, Abu Khaythamah informed us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever has a partner in a piece of land or palm trees, he must not sell until he informs his partner. If he is pleased, he takes it, and if he dislikes, he leaves it."
