باب مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَا بَاعَهُ عِنْدَ الْمُشْتَرِي وَقَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَلَهُ الرُّجُوعُ فِيهِ:Chapter: If a man finds what he sold with the purchaser, who has become bankrupt, then he has the right to take it back

وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ ، وَحَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ، قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ، عَنْ خُثَيْمِ بْنِ عِرَاكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ ، فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ عِنْدَهُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: When a inan becomes insolvent, and the other person (seller) finds his goods intact with him, he is more entitled to get them than anyone else.
