باب لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَمُرَّ الرَّجُلُ بِقَبْرِ الرَّجُلِ فَيَتَمَنَّى أَنْ يَكُونَ مَكَانَ الْمَيِّتِ مِنَ الْبَلاَءِ:Chapter: The Hour Will Not Begin Until A Man Passes By Another Man's Grave And Wishes That He Was In The Place Of The Deceased, Because Of Calamity
Hadith 2921
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَتُقَاتِلُنَّ الْيَهُودَ ، فَلَتَقْتُلُنَّهُمْ حَتَّى يَقُولَ الْحَجَرُ : يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ فَتَعَالَ فَاقْتُلْهُ " ،
Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: You will fight against the Jews and you will kill them until even a stone would say: Come here, Muslim, there is a Jew (hiding himself behind me); kill him.

وحَدَّثَنَاه مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَقَالَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ وَرَائِي .
Ubaidullah has reported this hadith with this chain of transmitters (and the Words are): "There is a Jew behind me."

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا ، يَقُولُ : أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " تَقْتَتِلُونَ أَنْتُمْ وَيَهُودُ حَتَّى يَقُولَ الْحَجَرُ : يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ وَرَائِي تَعَالَ فَاقْتُلْهُ " .
'Abdullah bin 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: You and the Jews would fight against one another until a stone would say: Muslim, here is a Jew behind me; come and kill him.

حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " تُقَاتِلُكُمْ الْيَهُودُ فَتُسَلَّطُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَتَّى يَقُولَ الْحَجَرُ : يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ وَرَائِي فَاقْتُلْهُ " .
'Abdullah bin 'Umar reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: The Jews will fight against you and you will gain victory over them until the stone would say: Muslim, here is a Jew behind me; kill him.

This will occur when ‘Isa (alayhis salam) descends, and the Jews will be among the army of the Dajjal.
‘Isa (alayhis salam) will kill the Dajjal near the gate of Ludd, and the members of his army will be killed by the Muslims in various places.

Hadith Commentary:

In Musnad Imam Ahmad, the details of this hadith are mentioned: that the Messiah al-Dajjal will camp outside Madinah Tayyibah on a stony land. There, Allah, the Exalted, will grant the Muslims dominance over him until his followers are killed there. The Jews will wander, hiding behind stones and trees. At that time, the trees and stones will speak and say: "O Muslim! A Jew is hiding behind me, so kill him." (: Musnad Ahmad: 67/2) In Sunan Ibn Majah, there is an addition to these words: At that time, seventy thousand Jews will be with the Dajjal. Prophet Isa (alayhis salam) will kill the Dajjal near "Ludd." In this way, the Jews will face a severe defeat. (: Sunan Ibn Majah, Al-Fitan, Hadith: 4077)
