Anas bin Malik (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Allah is pleased with His servant who says: Al-Hamdu lillah While taking a morsel of food and while drinking.

One time drinking,
That is, for every act of eating and drinking, the one who provides should be thanked,
The least form of gratitude,
Is to say "Alhamdulillah" (all praise is due to Allah).
Akla:
A morsel,
Sharba: a sip.
