Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that a person came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and said: "Allah's Messenger, I was stung by a scorpion during the night. Thereupon he said: Had you recited these words in the evening: "I seek refuge in the Perfect Word of Allah from the evil of what He created," it would not have done any harm to you.

´Narrated Ma'qil bin Yasar:` that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever says three times when he gets up in the morning: 'A'udhu Billahis-Sami Al-'Alim Min Ash-Shaitanir-Rajim' and he recites three Ayat from the end of Surah Al-Hashr - Allah appoints seventy-thousand angels who say Salat upon him until the evening. If he dies on that day, he dies a martyr, and whoever reaches the evening, he holds the same status."

´It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:` “A scorpion stung a man and he did not sleep all the night. It was said to the Prophet (ﷺ): ‘So- and-so was stung by a scorpion and he did not sleep all the night.’ He said: ‘If he had said, last night: A’udhu bikalimatil-lahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq (I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of that which He has created), the scorpion sting would not have harmed him, until morning.’”
