Abu Hurairah (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) as saying: Many a person with disheveled hair and covered with dust is turned away from the doors (whereas he is held in such a high esteem by Allah) that if he were to adjure in the name of Allah (about anything) Allah would fulfil that.

Benefits and Issues:
Some of Allah’s extremely pious and God-fearing servants,
who are destitute of worldly possessions and live in humility,
do not give importance to the beauty and elegance of their bodies,
yet are so accepted in the sight of Allah that if they swear an oath regarding any matter, saying, “By Allah, this will happen in such a way,” then Allah fulfills their oath.
Whereas, among people, they have no status or value,
if they intercede for someone, no one is willing to accept it,
and no one is inclined to seat them in their company.
