باب تَحْرِيمِ الْهَجْرِ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ بِلاَ عُذْرٍ شَرْعِيٍّ:Chapter: The Prohibition Of Forsaking Someone For More Than Three Days For No Legitimate Reason
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ " .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: There should be no estranged relations beyond three days.
