باب مِنْ فَضَائِلِ أَبِي دُجَانَةَ سِمَاكِ بْنِ خَرَشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ:Chapter: The Virtues Of Abu Dujanah Simak Bin Kharashah (RA)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَ سَيْفًا يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ ، فَقَالَ : مَنْ يَأْخُذُ مِنِّي هَذَا ؟ فَبَسَطُوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ ، كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْهُمْ يَقُولُ : أَنَا ، أَنَا ، قَالَ : فَمَنْ يَأْخُذُهُ بِحَقِّهِ ؟ قَالَ : فَأَحْجَمَ الْقَوْمُ ، فَقَالَ : سِمَاكُ بْنُ خَرَشَةَ أَبُو دُجَانَةَ أَنَا آخُذُهُ بِحَقِّهِ ، قَالَ : فَأَخَذَهُ فَفَلَقَ بِهِ هَامَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ " .
Anas reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) took hold of his sword on the Day of Uhud and said: Who would take it from me? All the persons stretched their hands saying: I would do it, I would do it. He (Allah's Apostle) (ﷺ) said: Who would take it in order to fulfil its rights? Then the people withdrew their hands. Simak bin Kharasha Abu Dujana said: I am here to take it and fulfil its rights. He took it and struck the heads of the polytheists.
