Benefits and Issues:
➊ Carpentry is a good profession through which a believer can earn lawful sustenance by the labor of his own hands. Prophet Nuh (alayhis salam) also, by the command of Allah, built a wooden ark. (: Surah Hud, 11:37, 38)

➋ No lawful profession should be considered insignificant. The truly contemptible and disgraceful act is for a person to earn a livelihood through unlawful means, or to adopt a profession that is prohibited according to the Shari‘ah.
