The Book of Drinks
باب عُقُوبَةِ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ إِذَا لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا بِمَنْعِهِ إِيَّاهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ:
Chapter: The punishment of one who drinks Khamr if he does not repent from it: he will be denied it in the hereafter
Hadith 2003

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَلَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا حُرِمَهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ " ، فَلَمْ يُسْقَهَا قِيلَ لِمَالِكٍ رَفَعَهُ ، قَالَ : نَعَمْ .
Ibn 'Umar said: He who drank wine in the world and did not repent would be deprived of it (the pure drink) in the Hereafter. It was said to Malik: Is this hadith Marfu'? He said: Yes.
