The Book of Drinks
باب عُقُوبَةِ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ إِذَا لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا بِمَنْعِهِ إِيَّاهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ:
Chapter: The punishment of one who drinks Khamr if he does not repent from it: he will be denied it in the hereafter
Hadith 2003

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَي بْنُ يَحْيَي ، قَالَ : قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا حُرِمَهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ " .
Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: He who drank (wine) in this world would be deprived of it in the Hereafter.
