باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ الاِنْتِبَاذِ فِي الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهُ مَنْسُوخٌ وَأَنَّهُ الْيَوْمَ حَلاَلٌ مَا لَمْ يَصِرْ مُسْكِرًا:
Chapter: The prohibition of making Nabidh in Al-Muzaffat, Ad-Dubba\' (Gourds), Al-Hantam and An-Naqir; This has been abrogated and now it is permitted, so long as it does not become intoxicating
Hadith 1997
This hadith is listed as number 5200 in Maktaba Shamila
وحَدَّثَنَاه مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ فِي هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ .
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu'bah with the same chain of transmitters.
