Hadith Commentary: This narration is extremely brief. In another narration, there is some detail that on the day of Khaybar, hunger afflicted us, so people began slaughtering domestic donkeys and started cooking their meat. During this, an announcer from the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) made an announcement: "Turn your pots upside down." (Sahih al-Bukhari, al-Maghazi, Hadith: 4221, 4222)
