Hadith 1711

أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ
حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ
، عَنْ
نَافِعِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
، عَنْ
ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ
، عَنْ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ " .
Ibn 'Abbas reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) pronounced judgment on the basis of oath by the defendant.
