Hadith 1709

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ ، فَتَلَا عَلَيْنَا آيَةَ النِّسَاءِ أَنْ لا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا سورة الممتحنة آية 12 الْآيَةَ .
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters with this addition: "He recited to us the verse pertaining to women, viz, that they will not associate anything with Allah."
