باب دِيَةِ الْجَنِينِ وَوُجُوبِ الدِّيَةِ فِي قَتْلِ الْخَطَإِ وَشِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْجَانِي:
Chapter: The Diyah for a fetus; and the Diyah for accidental killing and the ambiguous killing must be paid by the shahiqilah of the killer

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ ، وَمُفَضَّلٍ ،
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Mansur with the same chain of transmitters.
