Chapter: The prohibition of selling fresh dates in exchange for dry dates except in the case of 'Araya

قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : وَحَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا " ، زَادَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ : أَنْ تُبَاعَ .
Zaid b. Thabit (Allah be pleased with him) said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave a concession in case of the sale known as al-araya, there is an addition of the word an tuba'a in the hadith transmitted by Ibn Numair.
