باب تَحْرِيمِ تَوَلِّي الْعَتِيقِ غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ:
Chapter: The prohibition of a manumitted slave taking anyone as a Mawla except the one who manumitted him
Hadith 1508
This hadith is listed as number 3793 in Maktaba Shamila
وحَدَّثَنِيهِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : وَمَنْ وَالَى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ .
This hadith is narrated through the same chain of transmitters, but with a slight change of words.
