باب الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثًا لاَ نَفَقَةَ لَهَا:Chapter: The woman who has been irrevocably divorced is not entitled to spending
Hadith 1481
وحدثنا وحدثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، حدثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : تَزَوَّجَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ ، فَطَلَّقَهَا فَأَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ عَنْدِهِ ، فَعَابَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ عُرْوَةُ ، فقَالُوا : إِنَّ فَاطِمَةَ قَدْ خَرَجَتْ ، قَالَ عُرْوَةُ : فَأَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهَا بِذَلِكَ ، فقَالَت : " مَا لِفَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ خَيْرٌ فِي أَنْ تَذْكُرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ " .
Hisham reported on the authority of his father that Yahya bin Sa'id bin al-'As married the daughter of 'Abdul Rahman bin al-Hakam, and he divorced her and he turned her out from his house. 'Urwa (RA) criticised this (action) of theirs (the members of the family of her in-laws). They said: Verily, Fatima too went out (of her in-laws' house). 'Urwa said: I came to 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) and told her about it and she said: There is no good for Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) in making mention of it.

وَحدثنا وَحدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، حدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حدثنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَت : " مَا لِفَاطِمَةَ خَيْرٌ أَنْ تَذْكُرَ هَذَا " ، قَالَ : تَعْنِي قَوْلَهَا : لَا سُكْنَى ، وَلَا نَفَقَةَ .
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said: It is no good for Fatima to make mention of it,i.e. her statement: "There is no lodging and maintenance allowance (for the divorced women)."

وَحَدَّثَنِي وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقَ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، أَخْبَرَنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ : لِعَائِشَةَ : أَلَمْ تَرَيْ إِلَى فُلَانَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَكَمِ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا الْبَتَّةَ ، فَخَرَجَتْ ، فقَالَت : " بِئْسَمَا صَنَعَتْ " ، فقَالَ : أَلَمْ تَسْمَعِي إِلَى قَوْلِ فَاطِمَةَ ، فقَالَت : " أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَا خَيْرَ لَهَا فِي ذِكْرِ ذَلِكَ " .
Ibn al-Qasim narrated on the authority of his father that 'Urwa bin Zubair (RA) said to 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her): Didn't you see that such and such daughter of al-Hakam was divorced by her husband with an irrevocable divorce, and she left (the house of her husband)? Thereupon 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said: It was bad that she did. He (Urwa) said: Have you not heard the words of Fatima? Thereupon she said: There is no good for her in making mention of it.
