The Book of Divorce
باب وُجُوبِ الْكَفَّارَةِ عَلَى مَنْ حَرَّمَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يَنْوِ الطَّلاَقَ:
Chapter: Expiation must be offered by one who declares his wife to be unlawful for him but does not intend divorce thereby

وحَدَّثَنِيهِ سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حدثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ .
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of 'Urwa with the same chain of transmitters.
