باب تَحْرِيمِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا أَوْ خَالَتِهَا فِي النِّكَاحِ:

وحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ الْكَعْبِيُّ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا ، وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا " ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : فَنُرَى خَالَةَ أَبِيهَا ، وَعَمَّةَ أَبِيهَا ، بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade a person to combine in marriage a woman and her father's sister, and a woman and her mother's sister. Ibn Shihab said: So we regarded the paternal aunt of her (wife's) father and the maternal aunt of her (wife's) father at the same level.
