The Book of Marriage
باب نِكَاحِ الْمُتْعَةِ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهُ أُبِيحَ ثُمَّ نُسِخَ ثُمَّ أُبِيحَ ثُمَّ نُسِخَ وَاسْتَقَرَّ تَحْرِيمُهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ:
Chapter: Mut'ah Marriage: It was permitted then abrograted, then permitted then abrogated, and it will remain Forbidden until the day of resurrection
Hadith 1406

وحدثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حدثنا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى يَوْمَ الْفَتْح عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ " .
Rabi' bin Sabra reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade on the Day of Victory to contract temporary marriage with women.
