باب فَضْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ وَدُعَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيهَا بِالْبَرَكَةِ وَبَيَانِ تَحْرِيمِهَا وَتَحْرِيمِ صَيْدِهَا وَشَجَرِهَا وَبَيَانِ حُدُودِ حَرَمِهَا:Chapter: The virtue of Al-Madinah and the Prophet's Prayer for it to be blessed. Its sanctity and the sanctity of its game and trees. The Boundaries of its sanctuary
وحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ السَّامِيُّ ، قَالَا : حدثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حدثنا أَبِي ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ ، يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ بِالْمَدِينَةِ ضِعْفَيْ مَا بِمَكَّةَ مِنَ الْبَرَكَةِ " .
Anas bin Malik (RA) (Allah he pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: O Allah, increase in Madinah twice the blessings (Thou showered) on Makkah.
