باب اسْتِحْبَابِ الرَّمَلِ فِي الطَّوَافِ وَالْعُمْرَةِ وَفِي الطَّوَافِ الأَوَّلِ فِي الْحَجِّ:
Chapter: Raml (walking rapidly) is recommended in the Tawaf of Umrah, and in the first Tawaf of Hajj
Hadith 1261

وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْمَاعِيل ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كَانَ إِذَا طَافَ فِي الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ أَوَّلَ مَا يَقْدَمُ ، فَإِنَّهُ يَسْعَى ثَلَاثَةَ أَطْوَافٍ بِالْبَيْتِ ، ثُمَّ يَمْشِي أَرْبَعَةً ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي سَجْدَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ يَطُوفُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا ، وَالْمَرْوَةِ " .
Ibn'Umar (RA) reported that when Allah's messenger (ﷺ) circumambulated in Hajj and 'Umrah he walked swiftly in the first three circuit about the House, and then walked in four circuits, and then observed two rak'ahs of prayer, and then ran between al-Safa and al-Marwah.
