Chapter: Tamattu' in Hajj
Hadith 1239
This hadith is listed as number 3008 in Maktaba Shamila
وحَدَّثَنَاه مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ ، قَالَ : " وَكَانَ مِمَّنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَرَجُلٌ آخَرُ فَأَحَلَّا " .
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu'bah with the same chain of transmitters but with this variation (of words): "Talha and another person also were among those who had not brought the sacrificial animals with them and so they put off Ihram."
