Hadith 1198

وحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ ، قَالَا : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهَا فَوَاسِقُ تُقْتَلُ فِي الْحَرَمِ : الْغُرَابُ ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ " .
A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Five are the beasts harmful and vicious and these must be killed even within the precincts of the Ka’bah: crow, kite, voracious dog, scorpion and rat.
