باب اسْتِحْبَابِ الطّيبِ قُبيْلَ الْإِحْرَامِ فِي الْبَدَنِ وَاسْتِحُبَا بِهِ بِالْمِسْكِ وَأَنَّهُ لٓا بَاْسَ بِبِقَاءِ وَبِيصِهِ وَهُوَ بَريقَةٌ وَّلَمْعَانْهُ
Chapter: It is recommended to apply perfume just before entering Ihram, and it is recommended to use Musk, and it does not matter if its glistening traces remain

وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاق بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ وَهُوَ السَّلُولِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاق بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاق السَّبِيعِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق سَمِعَ ابْنَ الْأَسْوَدِ يَذْكُرُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ يَتَطَيَّبُ بِأَطْيَبِ مَا يَجِدُ ، ثُمَّ أَرَى وَبِيصَ الدُّهْنِ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ " .
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) intended to enter upon the state of Ihram she perfumed him with the best of perfumes which she could find and after that I saw the glistening of oil on his head and beard.
